Meet our Event & Marketing Director
Ashley Virgilio leads Boone’s private events and marketing - from first hello to final toast. With over 13 years of event and hospitality experience she blends design-minded planning with genuine Maine hospitality, coordinating menus, timelines, layouts, vendor partnerships, and day-of details so hosts can relax and enjoy the moment. Her campaigns (think Lobster Fest, Yappy Hour, and seasonal collabs) showcase our waterfront decks, local seafood, and Portland heritage - making Boone’s feel like the place to gather on the harbor.
