What's New at Boone's?

Boone’s Fish House & Oyster Room was closed a few days in November for construction. Since opening in 2013 some things simply needed attention. We completed some major projects that included upgrades to the service bar, as well as the refrigeration and ventilation systems.

But that mundane stuff isn’t what's exciting to our guests! After Boone’s co-founder Darcy Smith O’Neil assumed sole ownership she has implemented several exciting changes that our guests love:

The 5 Dollar Happy Hour with 75 cent oysters is really taking off.

New Executive Chef Timothy Mitchell (formerly of The Rooms Restaurants) has livened up the menu with several tantalizing dishes.

Our new 30 Dollar Fireside Three Course Meal provides the legendary Boone’s cuisine at a great value.

Wood-grill steaks, craft beer flights, and weekend brunch items like Lobster Benedict are making the famous Boone’s dining room even more cozy for a winter dining experience.

Our Rewards/Loyalty Cards are also a huge hit with local folks.

Not everything is new. All your favorites are still proudly served, including our chowder, pie, and more. And of course, "The Home of the Original Baked Stuffed Lobster” is still preparing its signature dish the way Alexander Boone created it 120 years ago at this historic site.
